Team Leader – Children’s Residential. 

Bromyard, Herefordshire

£28,000 – £31,000 

Must have prior experience with children’s care. 

Award winning, Ofsted registered service is looking for a Team Leader to join their experienced team in the Bromyard area. 

The company offer residential tailored support to children and young adults across Herefordshire. 

Required – 

  • 1-year experience in residential childcare plus Level 3 Children & Young People Award or equivalent
  • Experience of working within and leading a team
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
  • Willing and able to be part of Management on call system
