Our internal trainer Gary McCarthy has nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare and over 16 as a certified educator. He carries out training for all our workers on a regular basis, providing top-up training for specialist requirements.

  1. Tell me about your auditing and compliance. 

We have a Compliance Manager and Safeguarding Lead, plus Compliance officers in each branch. Our Compliance Manager Samantha Wright leads our team to carry out regular audits, ensuring we meet our service level agreements and our staff are fully compliant. We also prioritise safeguarding, ensuring our staff are trained to meet the diverse needs of various healthcare settings.

In addition, we provide cost-effective auditing services including legal requirements to healthcare providers, to avoid potential risks or penalties, removing the headache from you.
